Minimum Requirements:

Minimum of 15 years of experience in project execution within the oil and gas industry, including at least 8 years in a senior position.
Experience leading FEED/EPC phase projects, including stakeholder coordination and management of the project gate (phase) review process.
Experience in planning and managing offshore site installation projects in the Middle East region, preferably in Abu Dhabi offshore areas.
Strong understanding of subsurface, drilling, and project economics, with the ability to integrate development plans and support economic evaluations and AFE decisions.
