IT Coordinator

IT professional with minimum 6 years of experience as a QA Test Lead and in enterprise IT environments, with expertise in project management, SAP systems, and programming. Proven ability to lead QA activities and deliver end-to-end IT projects including software implementation, data migration, and infrastructure deployment within defined timelines. Strong knowledge of IT security and data management, ensuring system reliability and data integrity. Adept in analytical and critical thinking with a focus on process improvement and aligning technology solutions with business objectives.

Role Description

Assist the Information Technology Supervisor in the effective planning, management and coordination of IT activities relating to the administration of the Company’s network system, by providing technical assistance to all IT users through installation of hardware, software and administrator domain exchanges, e-mails and networks and supporting all IT databases and database recovery to ensure adequate and timely technological  support with best practical, cost efficient business solutions as per the applicable policies and standards. In addition to provision of support in the design, development and maintenance of Company software applications for effective operations and for the achievement of the organization’s overall strategic objectives.
