Prepares commercial and assist in technical bid analysis, providing techno-commercial recommendations for award and preparing purchase orders to domestic and worldwide suppliers with domestic and international terms and conditions. JOB MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education Knowledge: • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an Engineering discipline or equivalent • Relevant certification (e.g., CPM, CIPS) or Master’s degree (e.g., Supply Management) advisable Work Experience • 2 years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably in an oil & gas or petrochemical industry • 1 years of experience in a management role Skills • Expert knowledge of procurement commercial practices and legal aspects, and negotiation skills • Good knowledge in relevant computer applications (MS Office and SAP) Good knowledge of English (writing and speaking)

Contracts Specialist -Contract Hire Duration: The engagement period will continue until 31 December 2027 unless extended through written notification Location: Abu Dhabi PURPOSE OF THE JOB Responsible for the formulation and execution of contracts in an oil & gas/petrochemical environment, from the award and post award stages up to contract close out. Plans, develops and administers tenders and contracts for the Plant and Head office pertaining to operational, technical, maintenance and general services. Scope of work includes Ensure efficient administration of post-award activities and implementation of contract terms with special attention to those activities on the Critical Path of the Project. Arrange for Contract close out , Contractor’s Performance Report and the release of Performance Bank Guarantees. JOB MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent Work Experience 6 years’ experience out of which at least 2 years in contracts development within the oil, chemical or petrochemical industry and 2 years specific experience in paralegal contracts administration . Skills Strong background in contracts law Claims and counterclaims specialist. Paralegal experience. Interpersonal skills, good oral and written communication skills. Night Drilling Supervisor
Work Place : On the jack-up rig Duration : 20th October 2026 – April 2027 (subject to the duration of the rig campaign) Rotation : 28 days on/off rotation ROLE PURPOSE: Fully assist Senior Drilling Supervisor on the MODU in supervising the well operations of the rig campaign 2025/2026 and acts as representative during his night shift on the MODU. Understand the broad requirements of the well operations and ensures that such program is planned and executed to meet its objectives, in compliance with the corporate, industry recognized and regulator’s standards and in professional and cost-effective manner with safety and environment protection as the priority. Acts as a member of on-site response team in the emergency and oil spill response organization. Implements “HSE Management System” on the MODU during the well operations. Knowledge: BSc, both engineering and supervision aspects in the well operations on the MODU to the industry recognised standards, Offshore HSE management system to cost-efficiently in safe and environmentally friendly manner, Business practices in offshore drilling industry. Experience: Minimum 10 years in Drilling Operations on the MODU, including experiences with coiled tubing. High H2S Experience. Incident Investigation. Senior Subsurface Engineer
Contract Duration: 1 Year Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience in reservoir engineering within the oil & gas industry. At least 8 years of experience in reservoir management, field development, and reservoir simulation. 8-10 years of hands-on experience in compositional reservoir simulation and EOS modelling. Proven experience working with gas condensate and volatile oil reservoirs. Strong background in supporting field development planning and reserves evaluation. ROLE DESCRIPTION Lead and manage subsurface engineering activities, including reservoir characterization, dynamic reservoir modelling, compositional simulation studies and field development planning. Develop comprehensive field development plans, conduct risk assessments, and work with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the successful execution of the project. Prepare and present detailed technical documents for various regular meetings and liaise with Government (ADNOC/QatarEnergy) and Shareholder representatives on subsurface and drilling engineering matters as required. Education / Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Reservoir Engineering, Petroleum Engineering or related engineering discipline Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Reservoir Engineering, reservoir Engineering or equivalent Experience • Required: 10 years’ experience in reservoir engineering within the oil & gas industry including at least 8 years’ experience of reservoir management, development, and reservoir simulation. • At least 8–10 years of hands-on experience in compositional reservoir simulation, EOS modelling, proven track record working with gas condensate, volatile oil reservoirs supporting field development planning and reserves evaluation.
